Female situation, advice?

I had a massive crush on a colleague of mine Jill, but I thought she was straight and not interested in me, even though she did seem to flirt and give hints that she did. My interest wained of her a bit when we started to argue over petty things. I became really friendly recently with another colleague who is just brilliant, she makes me laugh, totally gets me and makes me feel great about myself, whereas Jill would sometimes belittle me and make me feel down.





I told Jill that myself and Caroline were going on a night out and she said ';You and Caroline are big buds are you not'; in a really sarcastic way. I was driving Caroline home and Jill asked the next day how the night went and if I took Caroline home. She then started to be really offhand and quite nasty to Caroline and sort of made a fool of her in front of me. Caroline jokingly said something to me and Jill seemed to take offense and said to her ';Dont talk to MY Madina like that';. Does it sound like Jill is jealous?Female situation, advice?
