Need advice from a female perspective?

There's a gorgeous waitress At a local bar who i'd love to ask out. She just recently started working there and i know she's probably been hit on by every guy in the joint. I'm a pretty damn good lookin' guy, and i don't have a problem approaching girls. I just want her to see me as yet another dude trying to get in her pants. What can i do to stand out from all the drunken idiots?Need advice from a female perspective?
Take her a single Rose, and say something like, ';I just wanted to thank you for being you.';

try to dress like your more put together so she sees you as a better guy than the other guys start up a conversation and ask her out to coffee or something. and make sure that you dont drink a lot around her in the bar. thats a bad impression. and be more gentleman like.
Just try to talk to her without hitting on her. Who knows, maybe you guys will hit it off.
Women like honesty. I'll bet she does get hit on, but mostly by drunks who want to get laid. Be sober and start up a conversation with her. If you can find out what she likes and bring it up in conversation.
Be sweet and polite. Don't come on to her with a cheesy come on line. Give it some thought. Get to know her a little first and find out what she likes. If she likes to read, bring her a book that you think she might enjoy or something like that. Find some common ground and take it from there. Smile at her every time you make eye contact-yes, make lots of eye contact.
Strike up a conversation, and if it goes well then ask her if she'd like to get together sometime. As a former waitress, I was hit on by all kinds of men, and for the most part it made me uncomfortable. However, if you're not pushy and seem sincere, things might go well. It would also help if you frequented the bar and she got to see you more often, as opposed to just looking like some random guy. But don't make the mistake of going every night and looking like a drunken stalker - that might be a bit of a turn off.
First start up a convo then try being her friend first then wait a couple of weeks til u get to know her better than ask her out and see how it goes from there. Good luck.
