Need Dieting advice for female.?

Ok so heres the deal... We are having a poll at work, whoever can loose the most percentage of weight in a months time span wins the money. Any ideas of how i can loose some weight?? Some foods that are good to eat?? Im 5'3 and 125 pounds so i dont know how good my chances are considering i dont have a whole lot to loose. Please help!Need Dieting advice for female.?
Limit sugar and fat. Moderate amounts of meat (a serving is only about the size of a deck of cards). Have more whole grains and veggies. Small portions. Exercise daily, even if it's just walking for a half hour.





Edit: the person who said the Atkins diet is all protein is incorrect. Most of the food on the Atkins diet is veggies.Need Dieting advice for female.?
When you work out, make yourself sweat hard, use one of those plastic suits or put a garbage bag under your clothes to make yourself sweat more, drink lots of water, eat alot of fruits and vegetables, stay away from restaurants, good luck!!
Exercise alot and on the last week, cut out carbs, it'll probiballi work
Start running and doing some cardio. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies.

Atkins Diet. Eat all protein (meat, eggs, etc) You'll drop 10 pounds.





But I think you are at a good weight. You should not have signed up for this challenge.
