Hey gin,

The site listed below has great information and many, many excercise programs for women. Make sure you incorporate some cardio into your program. Best of luck to you!!
I say, learn to TRULY love yourself...and the rest will happen FOR YOU! Nothing good will happen for you until you learn to love yourself just the way you are.
What do you do for exercise?

At the very least you should be walking. Walking is cardio at it's very essence. Cardio is the best thing to burn off calories and it also is a great way to beat stress.

If you have access to a gym, that would be great! If you do, try all the cardio machines (eliptical, tread mill, stairmaster, stationary bike) and shoot for about 45-60 minutes of cardio per session. Work out till you sweat and are breathless.

You should work out at least 3 days a week - 5 days a week is optimal.

Once you get your stamina up and are feeling more comfortable with the exercise, start adding some weight training to the mix.

You want weights to develop and tone your muscles.

Start drinking a lot of water and stop drinking most, if not all, of what you have been drinking.

Include a lot of vegetables in your diet (these are generally plain vegetables - no sauces or dips).

Include some fruits.

Eat lean meats and protiens.

Limit bread and pasta.

Find out your trigger foods: are you a sugar junkie?, love potato chips?, deap fried mushrooms? - avoid that trigger food as much as possible.

When do you eat? Do you eat when you're bored, when you're watching TV, when you're reading, ect?

Try to only eat at the table with no TV or reading included and re-train yourself away from eating inappropriately.

Sorry you've had to go through all this and you're so young.

The best way to lose weight is to see your doctor and get put on a diet for you. You'll need at least 1200 calories a day. And start exercising. Work up the amount of time you exercise a little at a time.

Don't go for fad diets. They can be dangerous.
