3 weeks with no contact, should i move on or make a move? FEMALE ADVICE PLEASE?

Basically, during most of may/ june me and this girl were talking. We used to flirt a lot and everything was great. So one day i accidentally sent a text to her but it was meant for another girl named jessica. It was just me asking for the homework, anyway 3 days later she started talking about guys and stuff because she seemed jealous.





Anyway i guess i got jealous too, but i didn't say anything, EXCEPT, i started talking about girls.





By now I had thought she wasnt interested in me because she was talking about guys, so instead of getting jealous, i spoke of other girls. One day I get a text from her asking if i have a girl because some girl is harrassing her telling her to ';leave her man alone';





So im like, wtf, and i tell her im single. It could have been my ex, so i reassure her to ignore it if it is someone i know.3 weeks with no contact, should i move on or make a move? FEMALE ADVICE PLEASE?
Dude, you need to talk in person. A text relationship is not going to work. And if she avoids you then, you really need to move on.





FYI, bad move to start talking about girls if she was trying to get reassurance of your interest. That let her know that you don't like her. Plus, neither girls nor guys like to be harrassed by their love interest's exes. It sucks. And if your ex is trying to get any new chicks to leave you alone, it will likely work (for gosh sake, don't let her know who you're seeing if she's going to be like that, or find out how she knows!)
