Where can I take her so she can get a good home?I have a 10 month black lab female. I am pregnant and unable to take care of her under medical advice from dr.?
{Really trying to think of any medical reason you couldn't take care of your dog, but anyway...}

Take her to your local shelter or breed rescue. Give her to a family member or a friend. And pregnancy doesn't last forever, so you really do have the option of keeping her.I have a 10 month black lab female. I am pregnant and unable to take care of her under medical advice from dr.?
Unless you're confined to a bed for the rest of your pregnancy, I question your doctor's ';advice,'; frankly. Feeding a dog and letting her out now and then isn't exactly strenuous.

However, be that as it may ...

If you got the dog from a breeder, contact them and see if they will take her back and try to place her. All REPUTABLE breeders will. If they don't, never get a dog from them again. But don't expect to get back any of the purchase price, either.

If this isn't an option, contact your vet or your local Kennel Club, or any local Lab breeder and get the contact info for a Lab Rescue group -- they are all over, and if it's a purebred, or often even a cross, they are the best place to work with, by far.

I'm assuming that you have no friends or relatives that are willing to take care of this dog until you are able -- certainly the best thing.
it's too bad you don't have someone to care for her temporarily as the pregnancy will end at some point. Put an ad on craigslist or post flyers at your vets office. You can also ask your local humane society to help you find a home for her while you keep her, instead of sending her there where you don't have any control over her living conditions.
A add on google may help you out or add in the news paper may help you out on the idea and good luck to you.
If she came from a reputable breeder, the breeder will always take her back. If not, contact a lab rescue - they'll make sure she goes to a really good home.
