I do four different arm lifts totaling 120 lifts with 3lb weights, 30 bicycle tummy workout, then abs crunches 3 pairs of 15 , the leg lifts to work my lower abs 3 pairs of 15, 2 pair of 30 using heels leg crunches standing up working out my buttox and thighs and hips then the thing where you lay on your side and lift one leg up for my hips 2 pair of 30. it seems like I am getting a manly figure what i mean by that my tummy seems bigger and my arms a lil and my booty smaller. I am 5'6'' 125lbs pear/ athletic figure whats the problem?

Well you sound like me. I did gymnastics for 9 years and after i quit i continued to exercise. Muscle has good memory and what i found i had to do was more toning exercises. Meaning lighter weights and more reps. As for my abs i had to stop doing crunches and do a resistant exercise instead. So the one where you lay on your back and lift your legs slightly as well as your torso so it creates that burn. This way its not working the muscles too much to build them rather keep them toned. Carbs also played a big part in it also, so i stopped eating them after 4pm. Now im 110lbs toned and not bulky. Its all about resistance instead of weight.
